Is there a lock-in contract?
Revenue-share placements run on a 12-month rolling term. Fixed leases run 24 months and can be transferred between sites in your portfolio.
Will my staff need to do anything?
No. Smart telemetry reports inventory levels and faults directly to us. Our technicians attend for replenishment and servicing — your team is never asked to restock, clean the mechanism or handle cash.
Who handles refills and maintenance?
Alchemy 5, entirely. Replenishment is triggered by remote inventory data before a channel runs dry, and diagnostics flag faults to our team with a 48-hour response commitment Australia wide.
What infrastructure does the kiosk need?
A standard 240V power point within three metres and mobile network coverage for telemetry. The unit occupies under half a square metre and can be floor-standing or wall-mounted.
How long does installation take?
Usually under two hours on site, scheduled outside your trading hours. Most venues are live within two weeks of signing.
What happens if the machine is damaged?
Hardware repairs and replacement are our responsibility under both models. Kiosks are built for high-traffic public environments, including late-night venues.
Which fragrances are included?
Each unit carries five master-crafted, long-wear scents spanning warm, fresh, floral and musk profiles. Typical line-ups include Amber & Oud, Citrus Neroli, Velvet Rose, Marine Vetiver and Vanilla Musk.
Can we choose the scent line-up?
Yes. Nightlife venues usually favour warmer, bolder profiles while resort lobbies and lounges lean fresher. We tailor the five channels to your clientele and can rotate them seasonally.
Is it hygienic?
Fully. Dispensing is contact-minimal, payment is contactless, and surfaces are wiped down at each service visit. It removes the inconsistency and discomfort some guests feel with a human spray attendant.
